Refund Policy

Valid Refund Claims

At jhana, we uphold the quality and effectiveness of the jhana platform with utmost integrity. Our commitment is to ensure a seamless and valuable experience for our users. Generally, refunds are not issued except in extenuating circumstances involving service malfunctions.

Eligibility for Refund

To be considered eligible for a refund under extenuating circumstances, the following condition must be met:

  • - The user must provide a detailed explanation of the dissatisfaction or issues encountered.
Exclusions

Refunds shall not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • - The user has violated our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
  • - The user has utilized the service for an extended period, indicating substantial use of the product.

Plan Changes by the User

For plan changes, automatic prorated refund amounts shall be provided as a discount. The proration shall be calculated based on the number of days remaining in the subscription multiplied by the price of the subscription, irrespective of the quota consumption of the plan. This policy applies to both individual and enterprise plans and includes plan downgrades.

In the Event of a Reduction in Plan Pricing

In the event of a reduction in pricing, the difference in pricing shall be refunded automatically.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To initiate the refund process under extenuating circumstances, users are required to contact our customer support team at team@jhana.ai. Users must provide their full name, contact information, subscription/purchase details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving a valid refund request, we shall process the refund within 30 business days. The refund shall be issued using the same payment method employed for the original purchase. Access to the services of the jhana platform shall be terminated upon approval of the refund request.
