Vercel hosts this site. It processes technical request information, including IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page and referral statistics, and Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, campaign sources, navigation, and use of the enquiry form. Google Analytics uses cookies; Vercel Web Analytics does not. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text to analytics. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. Fonts and the homepage’s archival footage are served with the site.
Blog search runs in your browser. Search terms appear in the page URL and may reach hosting logs if you reload or share that URL.
Comments and embedded video
Disqus loads only when you choose Load comments. It then receives device and page information and may use cookies and advertising trackers, even if you do not post. Comments and your displayed profile are public. See Disqus’s privacy policy and controls.
YouTube players load only when you choose Load video from YouTube. Google then receives device and viewing information and may use cookies under its privacy policy. You can read the articles without loading videos or comments.
When you contact us
The contact form sends your name, email, topic, message, and any organisation or phone details you provide to our team by email. It also includes the page and enquiry button you used. Vercel processes the form; Google Workspace delivers and stores the correspondence. We use these details to respond and handle your enquiry. Direct email also gives us any attachments and other details you include.
We keep campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, landing page, and referrer in browser session storage to connect an enquiry to its source. Existing campaign information saved by the earlier website may be carried into that session. This source information accompanies a submitted enquiry.
Don’t send confidential client material before we agree a channel and scope. A brief description is enough to begin.
Records and your choices
Correspondence is kept for your enquiry, related business records, and legal obligations. Hosting and comment records also follow the relevant providers’ retention practices. Providers may process information outside your country.
Contact team@jhana.ai to ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may have further rights, including access, restriction, objection, and a complaint to a privacy regulator. We may need information to verify your request and locate the relevant records.
