Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”, "Terms of Use") carefully before registering, accessing or using the Services offered through the web application at https://www.jhana.ai or other related subdomains as may be officially utilized by Us from time to time (“the jhana(.ai) Platform”). These terms and conditions are a legal contract between the user of the Services or the entity that You represent (“You”, “Your”) and — Jhana Labs Private Limited, an Indian private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at #7, Vinnagar Apts., 10/12 Sterling Road 1st Cross Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai — TN IND 600034, and with its corporate office at #103, 1st Floor, 2023/A, 14th Main, HAL II Stage, Indiranagar (Jeevanbheema Nagar), Bengaluru — KA IND 560038 (the “Company”, “We” “us”) which acts as a sales agent for the business operations within India for Jhana, Inc., an United States Public Benefit Corporation ("PBC") incorporated in the state of Delaware, having its registered office at New Burton Road, Suite 201, in the City of Dover, County of Kent — DE USA 19904 (“Jhana Inc.”); and The Company confirms that Jhana Inc. holds the title and the Intellectual Property Rights associated with all the Services provided through the jhana Platform . You agree and acknowledge that You have read the Terms and conditions set forth below and also agree to our Privacy Policy and additional Terms and conditions as applicable to You which form a part of these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree to these Terms & Conditions or do not wish to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, You may not use the Services and/or immediately terminate the Services and/or contact us to terminate Your subscription to the Services. If You represent an entity, organization, or any other legal person, You confirm and represent that You have the necessary power and authority to bind such entity, organization, or legal person to these Terms. The usage of the term “this Agreement” herein refers to the Terms and Conditions as a comprehensive agreement including the Privacy Policy and other Terms as agreed by You. By registering on the jhana Platform and accessing the Services of jhana Platform, You represent and warrant the following:
- 1. You are 18 years of age or older;
- 2. You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement; and
- 3. You are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from accessing the Services of jhana Platform.
Service(s)
The jhana Platform offers the following Services to the User:
- 1. Chat Service: The jhana Platform provides chat Services utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology to facilitate interactive query resolution.
- 2. Search Service: The jhana Platform offers search functionality, powered by AI, to enable efficient retrieval, and accessibility of relevant information from the web.
- 3. Doc Intelligence Service: The jhana Platform offers Doc Intelligence functionality, enabling users to securely upload, store, search, and review documents for risk analysis, providing insights into legal, and compliance-related risks.
- 4. Other Services: We may offer a variety of other services and continually introduce new functionalities to enhance user experience. You acknowledge that Jhana reserves the right to expand or modify Services at its discretion. You are encouraged to review the updated offerings to take full advantage of the jhana Platform’s evolving capabilities.
The Company in its sole discretion may inform You about changes in the Services by giving You a notice.
Disclaimer
The jhana Platform and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis for information purposes. You understand that any data provided on the jhana Platform may be sourced through public websites including but not limited to decisions, statutes, orders and notifications made available through government websites. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making any decision. None of the information or documents provided through the jhana Platform creates a lawyer-client relationship. The Company does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the jhana Platform. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at Your sole risk. The jhana Platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and advertisers (collectively, “Third Party Content”). The Company does not control, endorse, sponsor, recommend or otherwise accept responsibility for any of this Third Party Content. You are expected to adhere to the principles of fair use when engaging with copyrighted materials. Fair use allows for the limited use of copyrighted content without the need for explicit permission from or payment to the copyright holder. You must exercise fair use responsibly, considering the nature of the copyrighted work, the purpose and character of the use, the amount and substantiality of the portion used, and the effect of the use upon the market for the original work. Any unauthorized use that exceeds the boundaries of fair use may constitute copyright infringement and could lead to legal consequences. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the fair use doctrine and to seek legal advice if uncertain about the application of fair use to specific use cases. The Company reserves the right to alter, modify, discontinue or remove any contents without notice. The Company does not make any express or implied representation or warranty of any kind, including without limitation, any representation or warranty that-
- 1. The jhana Platform or any of its contents are complete, accurate, reliable or non-infringing;
- 2. Access to the jhana Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free;
- 3. The quality of any products, Services, information or other material purchased or obtained by You through the jhana Platform will meet Your expectations.
All warranties express or implied are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or non-infringement of intellectual property.
License
Upon Your payment of the full License Fee, inclusive of all applicable taxes, insurance, and other associated costs or in case You are provided access to jhana Platform for free on a free trial basis You shall be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable License to access and use the Services on Jhana Platform. This License is subject to the Terms and conditions of this agreement and any additional Terms specified by us. When You use the jhana Platform, You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the content and materials on jhana Platform and its Services in connection with Your normal, noncommercial, use of the Services. The annotations and summaries of judgments produced by Jhana’s proprietary AI programs are copyright by Jhana. You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express written authorization from us as well as any applicable third-party (if third-party content is at issue). You may not remove, alter or obscure any proprietary or copyright notice, labels, or marks on the jhana Platform or access the jhana Platform in order to build a competitive product or build a product using similar ideas, features, expressions, functions or graphics of the jhana Platform and copy the ideas, features, functions or graphics of the jhana Platform.
Prohibitions on Usage
You are only permitted to use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms. By using the Service, You agree not to:
- 1. Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations in any manner.
- 2. Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors by exposing them to inappropriate content or similar actions.
- 3. Impersonate or make an attempt to impersonate The Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other individual or entity.
- 4. Engage in actions that infringe upon the rights of others, or that are illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes or activities.
- 5. Partake in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone from using or enjoying the Service, or that, as determined by us, may harm or offend the Company or other Service users or expose them to liability.
- 6. Use the Service in a way that could disable, overload, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with the ability of other parties to engage in real-time activities through the Service.
- 7. Employ any automated tools, like robots or spiders, to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying materials on the Service.
- 8. Use manual processes to monitor or copy materials on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without obtaining our prior written consent.
- 9. Utilize any devices, software, prompts, tokens, or routines that disrupt the proper functioning of the Service.
- 10. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful materials.
- 11. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Service, the server on which the Service is hosted, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
- 12. Launch an attack on the Service through a denial-of-Services or distributed denial-of-Services attack.
- 13. Use the Service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, threatening, obscene or that infringes the rights or intellectual property of others.
- 14. Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Service.
- 15. Engage in any data harvesting, including but not limited to, automated data scraping, mining, or extracting, from the jhana Platform.
- 16. Take actions that could damage or manipulate the Company's ratings.
- 17. Make any other attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
Customer Solicitation Policy
By choosing to receive emails and notifications for regular updates and marketing purposes, You agree to receive additional communications and solicitations from us. Unless You inform our representatives that You wish to opt out of receiving additional communications and solicitations from The Company, You will be considered as agreeing to continue receiving emails and phone solicitations from The Company.
Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual Property means and includes the jhana Platform which includes the Services available on it, the software code of the jhana Platform, the design, structure, selection and feel and arrangement of the content of the jhana Platform and the trademarks, logos and Services marks displayed on the jhana Platform. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Intellectual Property, including but not limited to any copyrightable works, ideas, expressions, and information contained therein, are owned by Jhana Inc. and and are protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws and other various Intellectual Property rights either in the favor of Jhana, Inc., or third parties from whom the appropriate permissions have been taken under applicable laws. You are not permitted to use the Intellectual Property including the jhana logo without the express prior written consent of the Company. You are prohibited from selling any content on the jhana Platform created and/or disseminated by us.
Copyright Policy
We don’t hold copyright over Input Data or Output Data that is associated with the Services on the jhana Platform as defined in the additional terms. The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others. The Company prohibits You from using the Services on the jhana Platform that infringes the Copyright of any third party. Our approach is to address any assertion that the content shared on the Service violates the copyright or other intellectual property rights ("Infringement") of any individual or entity. If You are the owner of a copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and You have reason to believe that a copyrighted work has been reproduced in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please send Your claim via email to team@jhana.ai.
Discontinuation of Operations
The Company reserves the right to cease the operation of the jhana Platform and all its Services at any time, without prior notice to You, exercising its sole discretion.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Company, its officers, shareholders, subsidiaries, associate companies, directors, employees and agents, partners, co-branders, licensors, licensees, consultants, or contractors be liable to You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages or losses whatsoever, or damages for loss of data or profits, goodwill, and/ or other intangible loss, whether or not foreseeable and regardless of whether The Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Your use of, or access to jhana Platform. You shall indemnify and hold harmless The Company, their officers, agents and employees ("Indemnified Parties"), from and against any claim, demand, damages, obligations, penalty, losses or actions (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party against the Indemnified Parties or imposed against the Indemnified Parties, due to or arising out of Your or Your affiliate's or relative's: (a) breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and/or any other policies; or (b) violation of any applicable law, rules, regulations; or (c) violation of the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party or jhana; or (d) unauthorized, improper, illegal or wrongful use of jhana Platform (including by You or by any person, including a third party, whether or not authorized or permitted by You). This indemnification obligation will survive the expiry or termination of these Terms and/or Your use of the Service.
Term & Termination
These Terms will remain in force unless terminated as specified below. The Company reserves the right to immediately and at its sole discretion terminate Your access to, or use of, the Services of jhana Platform or any part thereof if You violate any of the obligations, responsibilities, or covenants outlined in these Terms. Upon termination, these Terms will come to an end, with the exception of provisions expressly designed to survive termination or expiration. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, upon the termination of Your access to or use of the Services, any outstanding amounts or monies owed in connection with Your use of or access to the Services will become immediately due and payable. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to You under this Agreement shall forthwith terminate and immediately revert to The Company and You shall discontinue all use of the jhana Platform.
Infringements
The Company shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to prosecute lawsuits against third parties for infringement of The Company's rights over the jhana Platform and its Services.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any loss or delay resulting from any force majeure event, including acts of God, fire, natural disaster, terrorism, labor stoppage, war or military hostilities, or inability of carriers to make scheduled deliveries, and any delivery date shall be extended to the extent of any delay resulting from any force majeure event. Notwithstanding anything contained in this clause, there shall be no waiver of any liability for payment of outstanding License Fee.
Notices
Any notice required to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by the Company to You by general notification on the jhana Platform or through electronic mail at Your registered email address and You may send us the email at team@jhana.ai or in writing and mailed by certified or registered mail at the provided address, return receipt requested. The notice would be considered to be delivered when sent successfully. Either party may change the email address or the address provided to which notice or payment is to be sent by written notice to the other party pursuant to the provisions of this paragraph.
Jurisdiction and Arbitration
The relationship between You and The Company shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to other provisions in this Clause, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising out of these Terms or the use of jhana Platform. In the event of any disputes or differences arising under these Terms, You shall first attempt to write to us at team@jhana.ai so as to resolve such disputes and differences amicably and through mutual discussions and negotiations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to or in connection with the breach, termination or validity of these Terms or in relation to use of jhana Platform, which are not resolved through mutual discussions within 90 working days from the date of receipt of notice by us as provided for above, shall be finally settled by an arbitration tribunal which shall consist of one (1) arbitrator chosen by The Company in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The proceedings of the arbitration will be in English. And, the expense of the arbitration will be borne by the respective parties. In case of any dispute,the decision of the arbitrator will be final.
Agreement Binding on Successors
This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement which includes the Privacy Policy available at jhana Platform comprises the entire agreement between You and The Company and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.
Waiver
No waiver or failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall in any way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provision nor affect our ability to enforce any provision thereafter.
Severability
If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Assignment
You cannot assign or otherwise transfer these Terms, or any rights granted hereunder to any third party. Our rights under these Terms are freely transferable by us to any third party without the requirement of seeking Your consent.
Independent Contractors
By engaging with us, You understand that neither the Company nor You can bind each other into a contract and both the parties act as Independent Contractors.
Separate Individual Agreement
The Company may enter into a Separate Individual Agreement with You in writing in addition to this Agreement. If there is any provision in the Separate Individual Agreement that is in conflict with the provision of this Agreement, the provisions of the Separate Individual Agreement shall prevail over the Terms of this Agreement to the extent of the conflict.
Changes to the Above Terms
We reserve the right, at The Company’s sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a notice upon any new Terms taking effect. What constitutes a change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the jhana Platform after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the new Terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the jhana Platform and its services.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Please read the Additional Terms & Conditions (“additional terms”) which forms a part of the www.jhana.ai carefully before registering, accessing or using the Services offered through the web application at www.jhana.ai (“jhana Platform”). These terms and conditions are a legal contract between the user of the Services or the entity that You represent (“You”, “Your”) and Jhana Labs Private Limited an Indian private limited company with its registered office at 7, Vinnagar Apts, 10/12, Sterling Road, 1st Cross Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai, TN 600034, India and its corporate office at No.103, 1st Floor, Jeevanbheema Nagar, HAL II Stage, 14th Main, Indiranagar, Bengluru, KA 560038, India (the “Company”, “We” “us”). You agree and acknowledge that You have read the Additional Terms and Conditions set forth below. If You do not agree to these Additional Terms and Conditions as applicable or do not wish to be bound by these Additional Terms and Conditions, You may not use the Services and/or immediately terminate the Services and/or contact us to terminate Your subscription to the Services. If You represent an entity, organization, or any other legal person, You confirm and represent that You have the necessary power and authority to bind such entity, organization, or legal person to these additional terms. The usage of the term “this Agreement” herein refers to the Terms & Conditions as a comprehensive agreement including the Privacy Policy and other terms as clearly agreed by You.
1. Definitions
1.1. Subscription Period
The subscription period ("Subscription Period") is the duration for which You are granted access to the jhana Platform, commencing on the later of the effective date of purchase or any other commencement date as specified in the invoice and shall continue for the extended period after successive renewals. In case of Free Trial, the subscription period shall be the period for which the trial is made available to a select number of users at the sole discretion of the Company.
1.2. License Fee
You shall pay us the License Fee for the access to the jhana Platform as per this Agreement in advance before the start of the Subscription Period. License Fee is non-refundable except to the extent expressly provided for in the Refund Policy.
1.3. Seat
"Seat" means the number of individual user accounts for which access to the jhana Platform is purchased. Each seat corresponds to a unique user who is authorized to access and use the jhana Platform in accordance with this Agreement. Any additional seats required must be purchased separately.
1.4 User Data
"User Data" includes all the data provided by or generated for You in the course of using the jhana Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, Input Data (information, queries, or other data entered into the jhana Platform by You), Output Data (responses, results, or other information generated by the system in response to Input Data) and File Uploads (any files or documents uploaded by You for processing or storage), Interaction Data (data related to Your interaction with the system, including usage patterns and preferences), System Logs (records of system operations and user activities necessary for the maintenance and functionality of the Service), and Derived Data (insights or data generated by analyzing or processing the above types of data).
1.5 Data Storage Add-Ons
Data Storage Add-Ons means and includes any additional storage capacity that You can purchase beyond the default storage allocation provided with Your License. This additional storage can be used to store documents, legal files, and other relevant data.
1.6 Dataset Add-Ons
Dataset Add-Ons means and includes additional datasets that You can purchase to enhance the capabilities of the jhana Platform. These datasets may include specialized legal databases, case law repositories, legislations, or other relevant legal information.
1.7 Usage-Based Add-Ons
Usage-Based Add-Ons means and includes additional Service capacities that You can purchase based on Your usage needs. This can include increased query quota, higher API call limits, additional file uploads, or access to particular models to handle higher volumes of queries and data processing.
1.8 Free Trial
We may provide free memberships, Complimentary Services, offers, and trial subscriptions in our sole discretion ("Free Trial"). If access to the jhana Platform is provided to You for free, Complimentary Services, or for trial purposes, such access is governed by the Terms as applicable. The provisions regarding License Fee may only apply to a user on a Free Trial to the extent possible. At any time prior to or during the free, Complimentary Services, or trial period, We may in our sole discretion, terminate that access without prior notice and without any liability to You for any reason, including to prevent abuse of the free, Complimentary Services, or trial access. After the free, Complimentary Services, or trial access period expires, You may continue using the jhana Platform in a paid subscription, if available, or as otherwise permitted by us. During the free, Complimentary Services, or trial period, no express or implied warranties shall apply to the Services on jhana Platform and all Services and Software are provided “as-is” with all defects, and no technical or other support is included.
1.9 Beta Service
The Company may designate any of the Services or a feature of the Services as a pre release or beta version (“Beta Service”). A Beta Service does not represent the final Services and may contain bugs that may cause system or other failure and data loss. We may choose not to release a commercial version of the Beta Service. In exchange for Your use of a Beta Service, You agree that We may collect crash data to improve our Services. No express or implied warranties shall apply to the Beta Services on jhana Platform and the Beta Services are provided “as-is” with all defects, and We hold no liability for any loss caused directly or indirectly through the use of the Beta Service available on the jhana Platform.
2. Payment of License Fee
You agree to pay us a recurring License Fee inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes and costs associated to access the jhana Platform. The specific amount and frequency of the License Fee are detailed in the invoice provided by us and is determined as per the choice of Your plan. The Licensee shall pay the License Fee in advance according to the billing cycle specified (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
3. License Fee Structure
The License Fee will be based on the number of seats purchased, the volume of data consumed, data storage or other metrics as detailed in the Pricing Page at the time of purchase or as specified in the pricing brochure provided to You. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us and notifying us of any changes to such information. We shall provide You a valid invoice for Your purchase after the payment of the License Fee in full without any pending dues. Any change in License Fee shall be effective from subsequent billing cycle except in cases of upgrades and addons.
4. Subscription Plan
It is the specific package of Services and features purchased by You as a Free Trial or upon payment of License Fee for a Subscription Period. The Company may impose restrictions on usage volume, such as the number of queries, API calls, file uploads, stored files, or data processing tasks, to prevent "fair use violations" and "system abuse." These restrictions ensure optimal performance and equitable access to resources for all the users.
5. Termination for Non-Payment
If You fail to pay the License Fee for any successive renewal in advance,We reserve the right to terminate Your access to the jhana Platform and related Services immediately. Termination of the License for non-payment does not relieve You of Your obligation to pay any outstanding License Fee.
6. Upgrades and Add-Ons
You may choose to purchase Data Storage add-ons or Dataset add-ons, Usage based add-ons, feature upgrades, plan upgrades, or an increase in the number of seats ("Upgrades and Add-Ons") at any time during the Subscription Period. Any Upgrades and Add-Ons purchased by You shall incur an additional charge to the License Fee and will be treated as part of the License Fee. Such charges shall become effective immediately upon Your purchase of the Upgrades and Add-Ons. The cost of any Upgrade or Add-Ons to the subscription plan will be prorated based on the remaining period of the current Subscription Period and will be charged immediately unless otherwise specified.
7. Enterprise Plans
The Enterprise Plans are designed for organizational use and include multiple seats, with each seat representing a single-user access License. Under this plan, the Customer is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive License for a specified number of seats, allowing designated users to access the jhana Platform. Each seat is assigned to a specific user by Administrator Account, and only the user to whom a seat is assigned is authorized to use it. The Company reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce restrictions to prevent fair use violations and system abuse, ensuring the integrity and performance of the Service for all users. Any attempt to share access, reassign seats without proper authorization, or distribute login credentials will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of the Subscription Plan without refund. The provisions contained in the subclauses under this Enterprise Plans clause only apply to You if You are covered under the Enterprise Plans upon payment of License Fee as per the Pricing Page or the Pricing Brochure presented to You.
7.1 Administrator Account
The Company shall provide You with an Administrator Account and the default Administrator Account will be determined by You at the time of initial onboarding on the jhana Platform. The Administrator account has the privilege to onboard or remove any user within an entity for each seat purchased by You but the removal of any user doesn't reduce the number of seats. The Administrator Account can also modify the privileges of the users and also add, delete or modify the users, folders, and support tickets. The Administrator Account may designate other users as Administrator Account capped to a certain fixed limit as determined by us. The Administrator Account shall be the primary account for all communications regarding upgrades, purchases, plan renewal nudges, and other similar updates ("commercial updates"). The Administrator Account may designate any other Administrator Account as the primary contact. Notwithstanding anything mentioned in this subclause 1.1, We will send non-commercial communications including marketing materials and newsletters to all the users irrespective of their status.
7.2 No Training on Enterprise Data
The Company acknowledges and agrees that, under the Enterprise Plans, We do not use, access, or process User Data for training our model. Our use of User Data is strictly limited to providing the Services outlined in this Agreement and for operational purposes necessary to fulfill our obligations under this Agreement. The User Data will not be used in any manner that would contribute to the enhancement or training of our Services on jhana Platform.
8. Individual Plans
Individual Plans are designed exclusively for single-user access and are intended for use by one person only per plan. Under these plans, You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive License to access the jhana Platform. Each plan includes specified limitations on data storage and usage volume, as detailed in the Subscription Plan. The Company reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce restrictions to prevent fair use violations and system abuse, ensuring the integrity and performance of the Service for all users. Any attempt to share access or distribute login credentials will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
The Company acknowledges and agrees that, under the Individual Plans, We do not use, access, or process User Data for training our models. Our use of User Data is strictly limited to providing the Services outlined in this Agreement and for operational purposes necessary to fulfill our obligations under this Agreement. Your User Data will not be used in any manner that would contribute to the enhancement or training of our Services on the jhana Platform.
9. Suspension and Termination
The Company may temporarily disable access to the whole or part of any Service of jhana Platform in the event of any suspected illegal activity or requests by law enforcement or other government agencies. Objections to disabling of user accounts should be made to team@jhana.ai within ten days of being notified about it. We may terminate a disabled account after ten days from the initial notification.
